On Thursday we had a different teacher who allowed us to create artworks based on Pablo Picasso’s work.
At the Art Gallery of NSW there is currently an exhibition of Australian artists from the 1920 to 1940s. It is well worth a visit.
I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone interested in art and in gaining inspiration.
Thea Proctor has some amazing woodblock printing similar to our printing eg The Rose.
There are still life artworks, cubists, early Sydney Harbour Bridge works and abstract designs.

We have been looking at Vincent Van Gogh’s paintings. Sunflowers is a still life artwork.
We decided to try some of our own. We set up our compositions using fruit, bottles, shells etc using these websites to help us.
