This is a fascinating country full of history. It has been conquered many times and has been ravaged by war in recent years. Many buildings have bullet holes or are in ruins. It is beautiful and the food is different.eg Burek is a meat filled pastry.
This is a beautiful country. We have driven through some of it and visited the capital Ljubljana, which has a lovely old town. We also travelled to lake Bled which was like a picture postcard.
Rome is an amazing city full of ancient ruins, cobbled streets and the Vatican City.
